Service Processing Time of Withdrawal
From the day following the day of receipt of all necessary documents, we will proceed your value withdrawal application. The estimated service processing time usually takes within 14 working days.

Collect Your Policy Dividend
If you indicated on the application form to “Take cash”, we will send you a cheque for the dividend of the previous policy year after the policy anniversary day.
If you have selected the option "Deposit for interest" in the application form, dividend distributed will be retained in your account and accumulated with interest automatically. To withdraw your dividend, simply download 《Request For Financial Services Form》(applicable to MACAU) and send us the completed form with a verified copy of your ID card and bank account information (if applicable). Once completed, we will process the dividend payment in accordance with your instruction.

Collect Your Maturity Benefit
You can login to the Customer Portal to apply maturity benefits online. Alternatively, you may complete the 《Request For Policy Maturity Form 》 (applicable to MACAU) and submit it together with a verified copy of your ID card and bank account information (if Autopay is needed) to us. We will arrange to proceed with the request according to the payment method you choose on the form after the policy maturity date.

Collect Your Policy Coupons
You can choose to withdraw coupons regularly or deposit them with our company to earn interest, declared on each policy. If you need to withdraw policy coupons, you may download《Request For Financial Services Form》(applicable to MACAU) and send us the completed form with a verified copy of your ID card and bank account information (if applicable). Upon completion of required procedures, we will process the payment in accordance with your instructions.

Apply Policy Loan
To meet your financial needs, you may apply for policy loan of up to 90% of the policy cash value at time of application. The loan can be repaid at anytime in full or in parts. You just have to pay the relevant loan interest every policy year. Simply download 《Request For Financial Services Form》(applicable to MACAU) and send us the completed form with a verified copy of your ID card and bank account information (if applicable). Upon completion, we will process the payment in accordance with your instructions.
Note: The current policy loan annual interest rate is 7.00%. Please note our company may review and adjust the intrest rate from time to time, our latest information shall prevail.
Points to Note
- For Policyholder applies to withdraw Policy Maturity amount, upon receipt of all necessary documents, we will process the Policy Maturity withdrawal application and the amount will be paid only on / or after the maturity date. The process and payment arrangement will be handled within the estimated service processing time based on selected payment method.
- Policyholder may choose to receive the payment amount by cheque, autopay or Telegraphic Transfer. Telegraphic Transfer is only applicable for payment deposit to the Policyholder’s designated overseas bank account. Policyholder is required to provide the bank account proof (e.g. copy of bank book front page / bank account statements) for our reference and processing. The copy should clearly shown bank account holder’s full Chinese or English name (i.e. same as policyholder’s name) and account number. Bank charge of Telegraphic Transaction should be borne by the payee. The time when the Policyholder receives the payment amount will depend on the processing time of the intermediary bank(s)/beneficiary bank or its branches. Normally, it takes 14 working days for the Policyholder to receive the payment amount (from the day following the day of receipt of all necessary documents). However, it may take longer time for payment to countries where exchange control is in place, or if the payment has to go through a number of banks and branches. We do not guarantee the success of remittance.
- If the automatic transfer currency is USD/RMB,bank charge of the transfer should be borne by the payee.
