We are deeply concerned about the Tai Po Wang Fuk Court fire incident and have set up a 24-hour emergency support hotline for affected customers: (852) 3999 5522, ready to assist you at any time.
To continuously enhance our service quality, China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited will carry out an email system upgrade and maintenance from 00:00 to 06:00 on 5 December 2025 (Hong Kong time). During this period, email services will be temporarily suspended.
During the maintenance period, all emails cannot be sent or received, and the OneService registration function will also be unavailable. Customers who wish to use the eCounter service are advised to receive verification codes via SMS using their registered mobile number.
Meanwhile, please avoid sending emails to cs@chinalife.com.hk during the above-mentioned period to prevent delivery delays. Normal services will resume as soon as the upgrade is completed. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Note: The actual maintenance period may vary. The Company reserves the right to adjust the maintenance schedule.
