Points to Note

1. For Policyholder applies to withdraw Policy Maturity amount, upon receipt of all necessary documents, we will process the Policy Maturity withdrawal application and the amount will be paid only on / or after the maturity date. The process and payment arrangement will be handled within the estimated service processing time based on selected payment method.
2. Policyholder may choose to receive the payment via cheque, bank transfer, or Telegraphic Transfer (if applicable). Telegraphic Transfers are only applicable for payment deposited into the policyholder’s designated overseas bank account. Policyholder must provide the bank account proof (e.g. copy of bank book front page, bank account statements, ATM card front and back). The proof must clearly show bank account holder’s full name (in Chinese or English, matching the policyholder’s name) and account number. Any telegraphic transaction fees will be borne by the payee. We recommend that policyholders consult their bank regarding the applicable fees before proceeding. The time required for thee payment to reach the policyholder will depend on the processing time of the intermediary and beneficiary banks or their branches. Generally, it may take 14 working days for the remittance to be completed (starting from the day following the receipt of all necessary documents and after the application is approval). Payments to countries with exchange controls or involving multiple banks and branches may require more time. We do not guarantee the success of remittance process.
