Payment at Hongkong Post (Cash/EPS/Cheque)
Service Introduction
Policyholder can bring along the Premium Notice to any Hongkong Post Offices for payment in cash, cheque and EPS.
Notes
  • Applicable policy currency is HKD & USD, with clearing in HKD.
  • Maximum cash payment amount per transaction is HKD80,000.
  • Maximum EPS payment amount per transaction is HKD50,000.
  • The cut-off time varies at different post offices, and it is based on the closing time of each post office. Please refer to the Hongkong Post official website for the office hours.
  • Hongkong Post will imprint the receipt line on the Payment notice to acknowledge the payment. Please keep this notice with receipt line as an official receipt.
  • Payment records will be updated to the policy in at least 3 working days after payment. Please make payment as early as possible before the due date.
