Payment at Designated Bank
Service Introduction
The policyholder can pay the premium at the counter of the designated partner bank in the form of bank transfer, cheque, or cash.

Payment method: Bank transfer/Cheque or Bank Draft /Cash Deposit
If depositing by cheque or bank draft, please make it payable to: China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited Hong Kong Branch. -
Payment Steps:
- - The policyholder must bring the Premium Notice to the designated local bank to pay the renewal premium.
- - The designated local bank and the 16-digit 'Payment Slip Number' can be found in the upper right corner of the payment notice.
- - After payment, the bank will issue a payment receipt to the policyholder.
- The receipt number for the payment of the premium difference during the cooling-off period is "policy number + effective date (YYMMDD)." For example: if policy number 8101234123 is effective from July 1, 2025, the receipt number for the payment of the premium difference during the cooling-off period is 8101234123250701.
- Regarding daily deposit limits and bank handling fees, please inquire with the bank beforehand.
- Please make the payment in advance of the due date, as it takes 2 working days to process the payment.

Our company only accepts premium payments from the policyholder or the insured. If the payer is a third party from the designated category, the "Third Party Payment Instruction Form" (for renewal premium and premium levy only) and any required supporting documents must be submitted. If the third party payer is not in the designated category, the payment will not be accepted and will be refunded.
